Specs & logistics · RoboBar example

The practical stuff, up front

Here’s our most-booked system — the RoboBar — as a concrete example: power, footprint, install, crew, insurance and lead time. Every other robot and screen we run ships with its own full spec sheet — just ask for the tech pack.

POWERStandard 20-amp outlet — The RoboBar runs off a regular household circuit. We spec power for every system up front.
FOOTPRINT & ACCESSFits through any door — RoboBar body is ~33″ wide; 34″ counter, 67″ with the arm. Compact for almost any venue.
INSTALL / STRIKE~3 h in · ~2 h out — Delivered, installed, programmed and struck entirely by our own crew.
CREW INCLUDEDEngineer + assistant — A robotics engineer and assistant operate every activation on-site, start to finish.
INSURANCEFully insured · COI — Certificate of Insurance for your venue or client provided on request.
SAFETYEngineered in-house — Safety and redundancy built in — safe to run all night above a live crowd.
LEAD TIME1–2 days + transit — The RoboBar preps in about 1–2 days. Add delivery time based on distance from Los Angeles. Bigger custom activations need more lead — but we handle rush timelines.
WHAT WE NEEDPower + samples — Standard power and venue rigging. For RoboBar: bottle & glass samples 48 h ahead for a custom 3D-printed gripper.

Signature show

The Antigravity robotic show

Live performance meets industrial robotics — a show we bring to events in New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco and nationwide.

We connect a live performer to a KUKA industrial robot while keeping their arms and legs completely free. With full 6-axis movement, the robot lifts, rotates and carries the artist through trajectories no stage could allow — up to 13 feet in the air. Industrial robotics, kinetic systems, LED and live performance combine into one show, programmed around your event and your brand.

The act reached the America’s Got Talent semifinals in 2018 as Front Pictures, and in 2026 the latest evolution earned the Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent. Everything is designed and built in our Downtown Los Angeles workshop — industrial arms, kinetic winches, kinetic and 3D-matrix screens — so we develop your show in-house, end to end. Vocalists, dancers, violinists, instrumentalists: the system keeps arms and legs free, so almost any live performer works.

You get one accountable partner from first concept to final load-out — our own robots, engineers and performers, fully insured. See the KUKA robotic arms behind the show — or bring us an idea that sounds impossible.

Questions from agencies & producers

Do you work as a subcontractor for agencies and production companies?

Yes. We regularly work behind the scenes as the technical partner for agencies, producers and production companies. You keep the client relationship; we design, engineer, insure and run the robotic elements — and can stay fully white-label if you prefer.

Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?

Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue or client as additional insured on request, along with method statements and risk assessments for your production book.

What are the power and space requirements?

Most systems run on standard power — the RoboBar uses a regular 20-amp outlet and its body passes through an ordinary doorway. We provide exact power, footprint and rigging specs for every element up front so you can clear it with your venue.

How long does install and strike take?

For the RoboBar, plan roughly three hours to install and program and about two hours to strike, all handled by our crew. You get a full load-in and load-out schedule for every activation.

How much does a robotic activation cost?

Every activation is custom, so pricing depends on the equipment, scale, run time and creative. Send us the brief and we come back fast with a plan and a clear quote you can put in front of your client.

How fast can you turn an activation around?

Fast. The RoboBar preps in about 1–2 days, plus delivery time depending on how far the event is from Los Angeles. Bigger custom activations need a little more lead, but we handle rush timelines regularly — last-minute bookings welcome.

Can you bring the Antigravity show to New York, Las Vegas or San Francisco?

Yes — we’re based in Los Angeles and travel nationwide, handling delivery, install, programming and live operation on-site.

Is the robotic show safe for the performer and guests?

Yes. The system is NovaTech’s own, precisely programmed and run by our own engineers, with full insurance and a COI available on request.

Can the show be customized to our brand or event?

Yes — choreography, content, lighting and the whole concept are built around your event and audience.

What kind of performer can be used?

Vocalists, dancers, violinists, instrumentalists — the system keeps arms and legs free, so almost any live performer works.

Which cities do you cover?

Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco and nationwide — we handle delivery, install, programming and on-site operation.

Can you build a custom branded activation, like a beverage promotion robot?

Yes — we wrap and program the RoboBar and build custom scenic around it for your product or brand.

Can you provide a robotic camera for a stage production or film shoot?

Yes — our RoboCam offers robotic camera moves with integrated lens control for productions, commercials and live events.

Planning an activation for your client?

Send us the brief — date, venue and what you’re picturing — and we’ll come back with a plan and a quote you can put in front of your client. Tell us your city, date and concept — we reply within 24 hours.
