We design, engineer and operate every experience ourselves. From the first concept sketch to the final cue on show night, your Las Vegas event is handled by the same in-house team that built the technology.

Can you create a custom show for my Las Vegas event or theme?
Yes — every NovaTech experience is designed around your event, theme and vision. From robot bartenders and robotic DJs to kinetic light shows and LED spectacles, we adapt the concept, technology and choreography to fit your event.
How much does a robot bartender or event technology cost in Las Vegas?
Every event is custom, so pricing depends on your venue, guest count, the equipment you choose and how long you need it. The best way to get an accurate number is to request a quote with a few details — we’ll reply within 24 hours.
Do you travel to Las Vegas?
Yes — Las Vegas is one of our most active markets. The full team and studio travel there for setup, operation and teardown.
Can you set up on the Las Vegas Strip, convention floors or nightclubs?
Yes. We design the setup for each space and coordinate the exact power and rigging your show needs with the venue ahead of time.
How far in advance should I book?
Custom builds need about 4 to 8 weeks’ notice, and earlier around the major conventions. A robot bartender takes about 1 to 2 days to prep, plus delivery time.
What do you need from the venue?
We bring, install, program and run all the technology. The venue provides standard power (connection points) and any structural rigging or trusses for hanging screens — we give you the exact specs up front and coordinate with your venue.
Is the technology safe and reliable for a live crowd?
Yes. Every system is engineered in-house and run on-site by our own technical team, with safety and redundancy built in — so the robots, lighting and screens perform all night above a live crowd.
Do you work white-label under our agency?
Yes. We can run fully white-label — your client never has to know the tech partner’s name.
Can you provide a COI for our Las Vegas venue?
Yes — a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or client, plus method statements and risk assessments.
