Kinetic Winches & Motion
High-speed kinetic winches for dynamic stage motion, light, and scenic effects.
Kinetic lighting — a kinetic ceiling, kinetic chandeliers, flying LED and full kinetic light shows — built on high-speed DMX winches that fly LED elements, light tubes, screens and scenery, from 3 lb decorative loads to 176 lb arena-scale structures.
Kinetic lighting
NovaTech Innovations provides a full range of high-speed kinetic winches designed to transform event spaces through motion, light, and dynamic stage effects. Our systems can lift lighting décor, scenic elements, professional lighting fixtures, and even LED screens — allowing spaces to change in real time during shows and live events.
With a large inventory of winches and custom kinetic systems, NovaTech can support events of any scale — from private experiences to large arena and stadium productions.
Kinetic winches
Three load classes cover everything from decorative spheres and LED elements to large structures, LED screens and arena-scale productions.

Rotation
The DMX Rotator System is a motion solution designed to create continuous 360-degree movement for lighting, scenic, and immersive installations. What makes this system unique is its ability to continuously transfer power, DMX, video, and other control signals directly through the rotating axis while the structure is in motion.

Perfect for stage centerpieces, sculptural lighting installations, kinetic art, scenic rotations, exhibitions, and immersive event environments where continuous, smooth motion is essential.
What it carries
Winches, rotators and the elements they fly — all owned, programmed and run by NovaTech.

Lighting that physically moves during the show (also called kinetic lights). LED elements, light tubes, spheres, mirrors and even screens are flown on programmable DMX winches, so a ceiling of light can rise, fall and change shape in real time, synchronized with the content and the rest of the lighting rig.
Yes. NovaTech owns a deep collections of kinetic LED installations and décor elements, together with the winch systems that fly them, and delivers, installs, programs and operates the system in Los Angeles and nationwide.
Winch count and load class set most of it, along with rigging points and how much motion choreography has to be programmed. Tell us the date, venue and brief and we reply within 24 hours, with delivery, install, programming and on-site operation included, and a COI naming your venue or client.

Three load classes: a lightweight winch for decorative spheres, tubes, crystals and LED elements at about 3 lb, a medium-duty winch at 55 lb for scenic elements and lighting fixtures, and a heavy-duty winch at 176 lb for large structures, LED screens and arena-scale productions.
Yes. Delivery, install, programming and on-site operation are part of every booking — our own engineering team runs the system on the job.
It depends on the ceiling area and the pattern: a feature over a stage or a bar can be a few dozen points; Kinetic Love Story flew 280 winches with illuminated spheres. Send us the room dimensions and trim height and we lay out the grid with the count.
Overhead rigging points or truss rated for each winch and its load, power and DMX to every point, and a load-in path for the cases. We check your venue drawings before we confirm the layout, and our own riggers hang and program the system.
