What happens next

From your message to the show

We reply within 24 hours, and the first conversation is about the show — the room, the moment, the audience — not a price list.

1 · The conversationA call or a visit within a day or two. We ask what the show has to do, who is in the room and what the venue allows, and we say early whether our robots, kinetic systems or screens are the right answer. If a standard supplier would do, we tell you.
2 · Concept and rendersOur designers draw the show into your venue: photorealistic renders, a motion plan and a technical layout, so you can approve something you can see.
3 · Engineering and programmingThe motion, the content and the cueing are built in our Downtown Los Angeles workshop and tested on the actual systems before load-in.
4 · The walkthroughBefore you commit, come and watch it run. A private walkthrough at the workshop takes about 45 minutes; book a date with the form above.
5 · Load-in and the showThe engineers who built it install it, run it and strike it. One named project lead is your point of contact from brief to strike, on site on the night.

The walkthrough

See it run before you book it

Our workshop is at 155 W Washington Blvd in Downtown Los Angeles. Everything we put on a show lives here, and most of it can be running when you arrive.

What you will seeThe RoboBar pouring, the SkyNova DJ booth on its KUKA arm, the Flip Brick wall in motion, the 3D Matrix lit, kinetic winches and mirror boards flying — whichever systems your show is leaning towards.
Who you will meetThe project lead who would run your show and the engineers who program the systems. Bring your producer, your designer or your client.
How longAbout 45 minutes. Weekdays, and some evenings by arrangement.
What to bringThe date and the city, the venue if you have one, a rough guest count and the moment you want the show to own — a reveal, a first dance, an entrance, a product. References help; a finished brief is not needed.

The systems

What we would bring

Owned, programmed and operated by NovaTech — move over a card to see it run.

Robot bartender built into a branded scenic bottle

Robot Bartender

A KUKA robot that pours and serves — and performs a show with every order. The thing guests film.

SkyNova robotic DJ booth lifting a performer above the floor

SkyNova DJ Booth

A KUKA arm carries the DJ booth through the air — 20 ft up, inverted, in time with the set.

Flip Brick kinetic screen modules in colour

Flip Brick Kinetic Screen

A wall of bricks that flip individually — patterns, animations and video in physical motion.
