Robotic event technology in New York
NovaTech designs and builds the technology that becomes the centerpiece of your event — robot bartenders, KUKA robotic arms, RoboCam and custom LED shows. Nothing comes off a shelf: we engineer every setup in-house and build it around your event, so your guests see something they’ve never seen before.
From Manhattan galas and rooftop launches to Brooklyn warehouses, fashion shows and red-carpet premieres, one NovaTech team handles design, engineering, install and live operation — the same team behind shows for Adobe, a major Las Vegas tech expo and a major Las Vegas resort. You get one point of contact and technology that performs flawlessly in front of a live crowd.

Why NovaTech
One team, end to end
We design, engineer and operate every experience ourselves. From the first concept sketch to the final cue on event night, your New York event is handled by the same in-house team that built the technology.
For New York we bring the equipment and our own engineers from Los Angeles, so installation, programming and the live show are run by the people who built the systems — Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Hamptons and New Jersey included.
Proudly serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, the Hamptons and the Tri-State area — plus events across New York and New Jersey.
Also serving: Los Angeles · Las Vegas · Orange County · San Diego · Palm Springs · Santa Barbara · San Francisco · Dallas · Miami

New York event technology — questions & answers
How much does a robot bartender or robot bartender cost in New York?
Every event is custom, so pricing for a robot bartender or a full production depends on your venue, guest count, the equipment you choose and how long you need it. The best way to get an accurate number is to request a quote with a few details — we’ll reply fast.
Do you travel to New York City?
Yes — New York City and the Tri-State area are part of our service area. We bring our team and equipment to NYC for brand launches, galas, premieres, fashion and corporate events, handling delivery, setup, live operation and teardown.
Can you set up in Manhattan venues, rooftops or Brooklyn warehouses?
Yes — from Manhattan ballrooms and rooftops to Brooklyn warehouses and studios, we design the setup for your space. We spec the exact power and rigging your show needs and coordinate it with your venue ahead of time, so everything runs safely on the day.
Can you create a custom show for my event or theme?
Yes — every NovaTech experience is designed around your event, theme and vision. From robot bartenders and robotic DJs to kinetic light shows and LED spectacles, we adapt the concept, technology and choreography to fit your moment — or build something entirely one-of-a-kind.
What do you need from the venue?
We bring, install, program and run all the technology. The venue provides standard power (connection points) and any structural rigging or trusses for hanging screens — we give you the exact specs up front and coordinate with your venue or rigging crew, so there are no surprises on the day. Most of our robots — including the RoboBar — run on a standard 20-amp outlet and pass through an ordinary doorway, so they fit almost any Manhattan or Brooklyn space.
Do you travel to New York with your own crew?
Yes. The equipment and the engineers both come from our Los Angeles base — one team handles delivery, installation, programming and the live show. Nothing is subrented and nobody is subcontracted.
How far is New York from NovaTech?
A five-hour flight from Los Angeles. The equipment and our engineers travel from our workshop; we plan the load-in with your venue well ahead.
