What do you need from the venue?
We bring, install, program and run all the technology. The venue provides standard power (connection points) and any structural rigging or trusses for hanging screens — we give you the exact specs up front and coordinate with your venue or rigging crew, so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you travel to Dallas with your own crew?
Yes. The equipment and the engineers both come from our Los Angeles base — one team handles delivery, installation, programming and the live show. Nothing is subrented and nobody is subcontracted.
How far is Dallas from NovaTech?
A three-hour flight from Los Angeles. The equipment and our engineers travel from our workshop; we plan the load-in with your venue well ahead.
