In most venues, yes — we spec the exact rigging and power up front and confirm it with your venue before the day.

Yes — we coordinate directly with your planner and venue on design, timing and logistics.
How early do you load in?
We schedule load-in around your run sheet, typically well ahead of guest arrival, and give you a full install and strike schedule.
Is the robot bartender right for a formal wedding?
Yes — the RoboBar can be styled and branded to a formal setting, and it pours and serves while becoming a photo moment for guests.
