One Partner, One Point of Contact

Concept, engineering, install, live operation and strike — one accountable team, one schedule, one call. We can stay fully white-label.

Built & Branded for Your Client

Every robot, screen and show is customized and branded to the client’s world — colors, content and custom scenic builds.

The Practical Stuff, Up Front

Here's our most-booked system — the RoboBar — as a concrete example: power, footprint, install, crew, insurance and lead time. Every other robot and screen we run ships with its own full spec sheet — just ask for the tech pack.

POWER
Standard 20-amp outlet
The RoboBar runs off a regular household circuit. We spec power for every system up front.
FOOTPRINT & ACCESS
Fits through any door
RoboBar body is ~33″ wide; 34″ counter, 67″ with the arm. Compact for almost any venue.
INSTALL / STRIKE
~3 h in · ~2 h out
Delivered, installed, programmed and struck entirely by our own crew.
CREW INCLUDED
Engineer + assistant
A robotics engineer and assistant operate every activation on-site, start to finish.
INSURANCE
Fully insured · COI
Certificate of Insurance for your venue or client provided on request.
SAFETY
Engineered in-house
Safety and redundancy built in — safe to run all night above a live crowd.
LEAD TIME
1–2 days + transit
The RoboBar preps in about 1–2 days. Add delivery time based on distance from Los Angeles. Bigger custom activations need more lead — but we handle rush timelines.
WHAT WE NEED
Power + samples
Standard power and venue rigging. For RoboBar: bottle & glass samples 48 h ahead for a custom 3D-printed gripper.

FAQ

Questions From Agencies & Producers

Do you work as a subcontractor for agencies and production companies?

Yes. We regularly work behind the scenes as the technical partner for agencies, producers and production companies. You keep the client relationship; we design, engineer, insure and run the robotic elements — and can stay fully white-label if you prefer.

Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?

Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue or client as additional insured on request, along with method statements and risk assessments for your production book.

What are the power and space requirements?

Most systems run on standard power — the RoboBar uses a regular 20-amp outlet and its body passes through an ordinary doorway. We provide exact power, footprint and rigging specs for every element up front so you can clear it with your venue.

How long does install and strike take?

For the RoboBar, plan roughly three hours to install and program and about two hours to strike, all handled by our crew. You get a full load-in and load-out schedule for every activation.

How much does a robotic activation cost?

Every activation is custom, so pricing depends on the equipment, scale, run time and creative. Send us the brief and we come back fast with a plan and a clear quote you can put in front of your client.

How fast can you turn an activation around?

Fast. The RoboBar preps in about 1–2 days, plus delivery time depending on how far the event is from Los Angeles. Bigger custom activations need a little more lead, but we handle rush timelines regularly — last-minute bookings welcome.
